•The Hispanic population growth is outpacing all racial groups in the city and suburbs. The Hispanic population in the Lehigh Valley has grown 38% since 1990 to over 75,000, while the general population has grown just 9%.

•Local Hispanics are younger and upwardly mobile. 88% are under the age of 50, compared to 70% of non-Hispanics.
