OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
SUBMISSION: Submission of entry forms for verification by Hola Radio constitutes that entrant’s agreement to abide by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Hola Radio reserves the right to cancel or modify the drawing in any way, including, without limitation, to modify or amend these rules at any time.
DRAWING: All photo entries will be accepted during the registration period between February 3rd at 12n EST, and February 9th at 5:00pm EST, 2012. On Friday February 10th at 9:00am EST, winning submissions will be determined by the total number of "FaceBook" Like page votes each participant receives. The top three entries will receive the grand prize. Hola Radio assumes no responsibility for electronic or electrical outages which may cause the delay of an applicant.
ENTRIES: Photos of all couples must be submitted via electronic along with the names of all person in the photo and daytime phone number. Entries will be verified prior to submission on FaceBook by a staff member in charge at Hola Radio. Only one entry per couple. All entries become the property of Hola Radio and will not be returned. No responsibility is assumed for illegible, lost, misdirected, or late entries. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No payment, proof of purchase, or entry fee is required.
PRIZE: Three equal prizes will be awarded to winners. Each winner will receive: (1) Dinner for two at Made In Brazil restaurant in 904 West Hamilton Street in Allentown AND two (2) VIP tickets and reserved seating to the Frank Reyes y Sergio Vargas concert at the Palace Center in Allentown on February 11th. Prize cannot be exchanged for any reason. Winner does NOT have the option of requesting cash equivalent.
WARRANTY: By participating in this contest and voluntarily sending photos via electronic mail to Hola Radio at holaradio@hola1600.com , contestants authorize Hola Radio, its employees, or other authorized personnel to use such photos for display on the Hola Radio Facebook public domain page. No personal information will be posted except for the names of the individuals in the submitted photo. All other information of the contestents will be kept confidential. Hola Radio nor its sponsors assume any responsibility for damages, losses, or injury resulting from the posting of photos or contest fullfillment. Hola Radio and its sponsors make no warranty of any kind.
ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries and the number of participating votes submitted by the listening audience before the end date.
DISCLOSURE: Entry constitutes permission to disclose any provided information in an effort to comply with legally required disclosure, and/or for promotional and commercial purposes, except where prohibited by law.
WINNING ENTRANT: Winning entrant(s) may be required to participate in post-drawing publicity promotions. Winning entrant(s) will be required to provide personal identification and verification of address to claim prize. Winning entrant may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within ten days of drawing or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate entrant selected. Hola Radio reserves the exclusive right to determine whether any entrant meets any pre- or post-drawing requirement to claim any prize.
ELIGIBILITY: Participation in drawing is open only to qualified entrants ages 18 and over. Employees and the families of employees of Hola Radio, Made in Brazil, and Omar Productions are ineligible for participation in drawing. Incomplete or illegible entries, or entries received after commencement of drawing, are not eligible. This offer is void where prohibited, and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
